Project and Marketing Assistant
Flower began her career by assisting on large scale live events in Australia such as the Big Day Out and went onto work for various record labels in the UK including Zomba Records, BMG and Wall of Sound.
Since joining Capital she has been on the road with Kasabian and continues to work closely with the Project Managers on various other tours and events.
